If you’d like to drop in, we ask you do two things before coming down:
1. EMAIL US (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know you’d like to come by. Please let us know your name, what box you go to (and region), and any important information we might need to know (injuries, need to do a certain workout, etc) The drop-in policy applies to experienced Crossfitters only, you should have some idea how to scale workouts and be familiar with common Crossfit movements/terminology.
2. SHOW UP EARLY to sign a waiver. DON’T BE LATE, WE START ON TIME.
(5-10 minutes is a sufficient amount of time)
3. Completing these two steps before you come in will save our coaches from taking their attention off of our members for too long, and we appreciate that.
4. If you are local and and don’t have experience with Crossfit (worked out at an affiliate for an extended period of time, 3 months or more) refer to our “Getting Started” section.
